Equipment Maintenance

The Equipment Maintenance module tracks physical assets, their locations, and maintenance work orders.

Structure

The module is organized around three primary entities:

Equipment

• List View — EmEquipments shows all registered equipment
• Add / Edit — EmEquipmentAdd, EmEquipmentEdit
• Equipment records include electrical specs (EmElectricalSpecsModel) and mechanical specs (EmMechanicalSpecsModel)
• Photos can be attached (EMImageModel)

Locations

• Manage physical locations in the facility (EmLocationManage, EmLocationAdd, EmLocationEdit, EmLocationView)
• Locations are selectable from a dropdown when assigning equipment

Rooms

• Rooms are sub-divisions within locations (EmRoomManage, EmRoomAddNew, EmRoomEdit, EmRoomView)
• Equipment can be assigned to a specific room

Work Orders

EMWorkOrderForm captures maintenance requests:

• Work Order Number
• Equipment ID
• Issue Description
• Assigned To
• Scheduled Start & Actual Start dates
• Estimated Cost
• Downtime (minutes)
• Requires Follow-up flag

Navigation

A dedicated bottom nav bar (EmBottomNavbar) provides tab navigation within the Equipment Maintenance area.

Data Flow

• EmEquipmentFacade, EmLocationFacade, EmRoomFacade wrap the service calls
• Riverpod providers for lists, dropdowns, and edit state keep the UI reactive
